MEET THE DOCTOR
Hi everyone I’m Dr. Josh and welcome to Precision Chiropractic & Wellness! There is a very long history behind the creation of PCW but I’m going to give you the cliff notes. I come from a family of immigrants from the suburbs of Chicago but was raised in Flora, Indiana. In high school I tried out for the wrestling team and absolutely fell in love with it. My passion for wrestling unbeknownst to me at the time would eventually lead me down a path to becoming a Chiropractor. After a terrible neck injury during a match my junior year I was left barely able to move my head and eventually missed several matches and even a tournament. What was most interesting is my Medical Doctor sent me to the Chiropractor after I went in desperate for help. After several visits I felt better, but more importantly I performed better than I ever had before. I thought to myself, “If the MD in the white coat sent me to a Chiropractor, then I want to be a Chiropactor!” looking back it’s funny to me how I rationalized that decision but Chiropractic truly changed my life. And now I try everyday to help those like I was helped years ago.
I attended I.U. in Kokomo, majoring in a B.S. in Chemistry with a focus in Biology. I loved Chemistry but ultimately my goal was to get accepted to Logan University, College of Chiropractic located outside of Saint Louis, Missouri. In 2012 I received my acceptance letter and graduated in 2016 with my Doctorate in Chiropractic and a B.S. in life sciences.
In my spare time outside of the office I enjoy anything outdoors, traveling to new places and trying new foods. My favorite hobby is riding sport bikes and traveling around to different race tracks to do trackdays! I also enjoy spending time with my mom, grandma, and friends as they’re the most important people in my life and have been my biggest supporters. I wouldn’t have been able to build PCW without my Christian faith and the tremendous support from my family!
